Kirk Miller Vice President of Programs
Kirk is a Theatrical Design student at Emerson College with an emphasis in Lighting Design, where the acceptance rate is 5% for the program. He has designed, assistant designed, and consulted for over 50 shows and productions, ranging from theatrical productions to dance recitals to corporate events - all before the age of 18.
Kirk is the Vice President of Programs for RevitalArts' and the Executive Theatrical Designer for Sparklight Studios LLC. Kirk is also a freelance lighting technician for High Output Inc. in Boston and a theatrical technical assistant at the Cutler Majestic Theatre in Boston. He is a skilled designer and a knowledgeable theatrical electrician. As a student of theatre, he enjoys working with RevitalArts to create and expand the wonderful shows produced by the organization.
He graduated from Frank Scott Bunnell High School in 2008 Magna Cum Laude. He is a musician, an artist, and is privileged to be entering a field where he gets to do what he loves everyday. Art plays an important role in Kirk's everyday life and he is unbelievably glad to be a part of such a great movement.
As the Vice President of Programs for RevitalArts, Kirk's responsibilities include developing new programs, working with members to put together productions, increasing youth participation in the organization, and increasing membership. Kirk also serves as resident lighting designer for Square One Teen Theatre and The Stratford Film Festival, among others.
