Cati Pishal ActOUT Student Theatre Program Director
Cati is originally from Milford, CT and is a sophomore at Marymount Manhattan College where she is majoring in theatre studies, production, and management. In high school, Cati attended the Educational Center for the Arts in New Haven as a theatre major, and still works at the school as a technician. Cati has worked on such productions as: Twelfth Night, A Dream Play, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Pippin, Arsenic and Old Lace, The Real Inspector Hound, Antigone, The Importance of Being Ernest, Godspell, The Secret Garden, Once on this Island, Into the Woods The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, As You Like It, The Three Musketeers, Seussical: The Musical, and She Stoops to Conquer. Cati has worked with the Elm Shakespeare Company, the Tribeca Film Festival, and off-broadway with Women's Expressive Theatre (WET) and Immediate Medium. Cati is the artistic director/ producer of ActOUT Student Theatre. When not working on something theatre-related, Cati serves as an RA at Marymount's freshman residence hall, works part time at the Cinema de Lux, and student rushes as many Broadway shows as she can afford. Next year Cati will be working as a dramaturg on As You Like It, assistant stage managing Bright Lights, Big City, and interning at the Rachel Ray Show.
